Promotional Name Change to Swagelok Texas Mid-Coast

As of August 1, 2013 we started using a new promotional name, Swagelok Texas Mid-Coast. This promotional name change demonstrates our alignment with Swagelok and allows us to unify our One Swagelok commitment as an organization.

How will this affect the way we do business with you?

It will not affect the way you do business with us in any way.  We will still do business as Brazoria Valve & Fitting Co.  Our promotional name will not affect invoicing, accounts payable, contracts, our tax information, or any other legal documents.  The vendor information that your company has will not need to be changed.

What will change?

The new promotional name will appear on our website, business cards, company letterhead, fax cover sheets, email signatures, and all promotional material.  We will answer the phones as Swagelok Texas Mid-Coast.

What is a promotional name?

Promotional names are often used for advertising, brochures, business cards, stationery and promotional merchandise. Promotional names are meant to promote brand awareness but are not a replacement for commercial (legal) names.  

When does the promotional name become official?

The name is effective August 1, 2013.

Who should I make out Purchase Orders out to?

Continue to send purchase order the same way you always have.   We still do business as Brazoria Valve & Fitting Co.  Our promotional name will not affect the way you send purchase orders.
