Texas City Office Closing
As of July 31, our Texas City location (formerly known as Galveston Valve & Fitting) has closed. Texas City customers will now be serviced from our Richwood office located just 39 minutes south at 2112 N. Brazosport Blvd, Richwood, TX 77531. As always, we are committed to giving you the personal attention and services you deserve. Please note that your account will not be affected by the change. You may continue to use the Texas City phone number and speak to the same courteous team members. Our priority is to continue to provide our customers with the highest quality products and world class service that they can rely on. We are dedicated to making this transition as easy as possible for you.

I need my parts overnight. When can I expect to receive them?
Any parts that are ordered overnight will be given first priority during the 12:30 delivery route. If you need your order sooner, we can drop ship directly to your location.
I usually place all of my orders over the phone and pick them up at Texas City Will Call. How will I get my orders now?
You may not know that for the last 14 years, over 96% of our orders ship directly from our Richwood office to our Texas City customers. The closure of Texas City office does not change your current order process. You still call the same number and talk to the same friendly customer service representatives when placing your orders. Deliveries will continue to be made via Fed-ex/UPS or during one of our daily delivery runs to your area.I currently come to the Texas City office and place my orders in person at Will Call. What will I do now that the office is closed? You will now be able to submit your order by phone (409) 945-4331 and speak directly to customer service to schedule either a pick up or delivery.
- Pickup: We maintain a large inventory in our Richwood office located 39 miles south of our Texas City office
- Delivery: We now offer two delivery routes out of the Richwood office at 8:30 a.m and 12:30 p.m. to accommodate your needs.
I like to see the parts in person to make sure that I am getting what I need. We understand that we have customers that are used to seeing parts before they order them. We offer online tools that can help meet this need.We can provide you with an electronic catalog called the eDTR that comes in a small thumb drive or you can visit our website www.texasmidcoast.swagelok.com to view pictures and descriptions of each product. And of course, your CSR would be happy to walk you through specific information and provide specs or website links via email.
